JA Biztown Adventure Client Form

Use this form is to request Lexicon Bank client access to the JA BizTown Adventure Simulation. All information must be filled in to setup the simulation for student. Once Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada has received this form, you will receive login instructions for your child typically within 72 hours.
